We followed Emily and Zack through the day: from early-morning dressing to late-night dancing. The bride and groom were able to select from a shortlisted batch of over 400 images to create an album of fifty favourites and a handful of specially toned monochrome prints.
This couple were more interested in conveying the energy of this large event than being stars of the show. We therefore shot many (more than usual!) spontaneous comedic images that capture the spirit of the day. There was very little retouching – the couple wanted to keep it real. They were delighted with the images provided and we were happy to be able to shoot authentically to show the variety of characters present. As you’ll see, Emily is a vivacious presence, but certainly no bridezilla; it was a genuine pleasure to be part of their special occasion.
